Clean and friendly! The people at security are ALWAYS friendly and make sure my goods and my cat are treated with kindness and respect, leaving this airport is always a bad time for me because I must say goodbye to two people I love so much. So the fact that the security team at the check point treats me so well is a big deal for me. Thank you to all who gets me to my flight easy and safe!!!!! I love you all!!!

Today's departure was one big chaos. We had to fill one more Covid papers when we go away from plane, but outside of plane, before transport by bus to the airport hall ! Finally nobody wanted these papers. 20 minutes for nothing.

we were at the airport on a connection between Canada/ South Africa and it was a very easy connection with no hassles, so I highly recommend this airport for those looking for an easy connecting stop. The amount of shops was appropriate for the size of the airport including the duty free shop which had a bit of everything, but there was not a big variety of other stores or restaurant like at bigger airports. for the amount of time that we had between flights this was perfect, but if you are looking for a place to shop or have a big selection of food while on a stop, maybe you would need to go to a bigger airport.

Not too big and not too small. Nice airport. Efficient. Good public transport links.

Our trip in Vienna ended and we had a great time in Vienna. We found the city extremely beautiful and pleasant. Though it was pretty cold over there during Christmas time. Overall our stay was great and we visited many places during our time there. The airport is also quite big and has many shops and outlets inside the airport.

Very good connections between countries. Modern and beautiful monument. Very kind customer support. A lots of seats available, when you have to wait for your flight. Good quality food in restaurants. Smoking areas inside and outside. You can find your flight easily and fastest. I highly recommend

Best airport on earth, fastest processing in history of travel. 15min since drop off to check in bags and arrive at gate for international flights!

Vienna airport, as always highly organized, clean, and nice. Everything is well signed, and is easy to find everything. Parking is a bit expensive.

Has some great settee-like seats for lying out on if you have a long wait for your flight. These are after the security checks. Very clean and modern airport.

Arrived during lockdown. Very quick and efficient transfer on arrival, but then it was very quiet and very little footfall.

After COVID...all restaurants closed at 8.00 PM. Hundreds of people with floghts around 10.00 PM looking to find something to eat and drinks. Nothing! Just couple of automatic machine fully empty! Unacceptable...

Its great. The stores have everything you might need. Security check was quite fast.

Great airport !! Nice atmosphere but wish they had trains for city centre from midnight to early morning too.

I book the escorted COVID 19 Test at arrival and it was a 5 stars services. Thomas was waiting for me at the aircraft and escorted me all over. Many thanks to the team. A great option when u come to Vienna.

Huge airport... easy to get lost but there are signs everywhere. It's very comfortable especially if you have a long layover...they have these long seats you can sleep on and this comfortable massage like chairs...hands down the nicest airport I've been to. Also charging ports everywhere

Empty airport not busy. But you need to arrive early due to check-in is with number tickets from a staff member. Majority of restaurants are closed. However, that being said, all domestic and international flights are operating as normal. But due to your destination please check that you have your pcr test done. Lots of people get delayed just cause of this. Wishing you all a pleasant journey to your destination! 🙂

Fairly big and rather comfortable airport. 45 minutes layovers might be a struggle, especially if you arrive from outside of Schengen zone (we had only three passport control booths open for hundreds of passengers). Be prepared to walk very long distances so plan your time accordingly. Understandable and easy-to-follow navigation.

Is ok. toilets not always clean, sometimes no contactless handwashing. Fast organized.

Big airport, well organized with a lot of info boards. Disabled access everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent gastronomic experience as well. Free WiFi.

Austrian Airline flight to Tirana OS 0843 .... horrible service.Charging premium price for lowcost service.Full flight and no room for hand luggage , Stuardesses rude and incopetent.Completly diferent service from London to Viena.Wondering why !!???

The staff are doing the best they can so keeping the current situation in mind you should cut them some slack. Yelling at them won't help your situation, some will however go out of their way to find a solution if treated respectfully. Especially some employee called mister W. Great guy. Do recommend.

Be careful due to Corona they lock you up in a bus without toilet or water! They made us wait for 30 minutes and did not let anyone out! Even people asking for water or toilet stayed locked up! We travelled within the European Union! So safe destination!

Big and spacious airport. Nice futuristic look on the outside, well organized small city on the inside. The staff is kind and helpful.

Great gateway to Vienna and the rest of Austria. Rail station is inside the airport and can take you to the center or other towns.

The airport is not ready for the corona situation. Like elsewhere. But please try not to keep the security controls so overcrowded

Great, some areas are out of service but still running smoothly.

Services do not do their job, ie they are not behind the info desks, when asked about the suitcase deposit, several employees do not know or claim that it does not exist, I finally find out that it exists on the first floor from a saleswoman in Billa, shops and caterers close everything at 7 pm. unequipped with sockets, after several hours of searching I found a bench with several sockets, there are no comfortable seating options and especially lying down, the police and officers are in command, all in all I spent an extremely awkward night...😕

Big empty airport. No coffee shop, no souvenir store, no other shop, no possibility to buy anything. Face masks mandatory. 2kg overweight bag is big problem. But at least no queues, no waiting time and due to some software work parking for free instead of 12€/h.

The best airport ever. Very organised, very fast security control and the members are very polite.

the airport was almost empty in covid19 times, we signed a paper to self quarantine for 10 days or take test at airport for 190€ the self quarantine was said that they send someone at home at anytime to make sure that we are really staying at home so be careful

a few signs by the terminal exits indicating where the car rental offices have been 'hidden' would be a great help...

Pretty good airport, offers free WiFi and has convenient sits for long waitings.

The staff should definitely get some fresh updated information about Covid-19 restrictions. I and some other passengers were called by the staff and threatened that we are going to be quarantined at Dar Es Salaam which was definitely not true. They didnt even want to listen what we have to say. Guys, there were no quarantine in Tanzania. Stop making people scared!

Bus to the plane was much.to full to be able to keep a safe distance, toilets felt outdated and dirty. Rest of the airport experience was great and fast.

Very stylish, tidy and fresh new. I really enjoyed. Tourist Miss very nice, and so the police very kind.

Busiest airport in Austria. Good connections in and out of Europe. But can be very busy at peak hours. Surprisingly not many shops are open after around 22:00 to grab a bite after a tiresome flight. A train hub is also available to get in and out of Vienna. Overall a very good hub in Europe.

Orientation was easy, everything signed properly, building quite nice and toilets as well!

Beautiful airport! Wide open, super-clean & efficiently designed. I needed to wait about 90 mins for a bus to Bratislava to visit a friend & there was plenty to keep me busy. Everything from a McDonald's to a gourmet grocery store. Looking forward to my return trip in a few days.

Minimalist functional airport. Swift movement of passengers.

Overall a great airport. Boarding, security and check in are all competent and fast. Only downside is the food as it's mediocre and expensive.
